Tanners Cava Brut, Traditional Method
A superb, creamy, biscuity Cava with a lovely fine mousse and plenty of character. Made by the same method as in Champagne, it has style and finesse beyond its price.
Butty Bach
Butty Bach is a Welsh term meaning ‘little friend’ – and this charmingly smooth premium ale has certainly made more than a few friendships in its time. We brew it using Maris Otter and Crystal malts together with locally grown Fuggles, Goldings and Bramling Cross hops. With such fine ingredients, no wonder it remains a firm favourite.
Heartsease Sparkling Elderflower
Elderflower is the quintessential scent of British summer. We use hand-picked sprays to make our delicately floral presse. With 100% natural ingredients and Radnorshire spring water, this drink will add sparkle to your favourite summertime cocktails. Some fruit may settle, give our bottles a little shake or turn to release the flavour.
The Devil's Chair: Organic Signature Blend
This is a coffee full of caramel, hazelnut and cocoa flavours, providing a rich mouthfeel, pleasing bitterness and the ability to cut through milk when brewing a flat white or latte.
Welsh Cottage Cakes- Fruit & Brandy
A rich and full-flavoured fruit cake made to a traditional Welsh recipe using the finest ingredients, sourced locally where possible. It also makes a superb alternative to Christmas pudding when warmed, served with white sauce or ice cream!
Peter's Yard Sourdough Crispbread
These sourdough crispbreads are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour and fresh milk. Savour the crunch with your favourite cheese, smoked salmon or pâté.
Peter's Yard Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers
These sourdough crackers are made in small batches with our signature sourdough starter, which slowly ferments for 16 hours. They’re crafted from natural ingredients including Shipton Mill flour, dried rosemary and thyme leaves and Cornish sea salt. Savour the crunch with a goats cheese.
Cenarth Brie
This traditional, organic, French-style Brie from Caws Cenarth has a distinctive and well-rounded mushroomy flavour which grows with age. It has a creamy white interior synonymous with a classic Brie, along with a delightfully gooey centre. Like all Bries, it goes brilliantly with fruit such as apples or grapes, which complement the cheese’s creaminess. Cenarth Brie is made on Glyneithinog Farm in Carmarthenshire by Carwyn Adams and his family.
